How to return an item
Please click here to print a returns form Please package your return securely and drop it at your local Post Office. No Printer? No problem. Simply fill in the form and use the label emailed to you for instructions on how to find the nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point  that can print the label for you.

Unfortunately a free returns service is not available for orders from outside of the UK, in these cases please return to:

Unwanted goods will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.

Faulty or incorrect goods offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.

Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem quickly for you.

Terms for Refunds or Exchanges

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returning DVDS
We are sorry but as stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until nookyhubeceives the goods in question.
